Yeah, eating healthy all the time is hard… but eating chocolate protein mug cake sure isn’t! This is one of my absolute favorite desserts for when I am craaaaaving chocolate (which happens frequently)!
Ingredients
- chocolate shakeology (or protein powder)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp peanut butter
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, except for peanut butter, in a microwave safe mug until batter starts to form
- Add in a teaspoon of peanut butter and push it down inside the middle of the batter
- Microwave for 90 seconds
- Enjoy!
